Transformative coaching invites you to explore the depths of who you are and who you desire to become.

It’s about shining a light on the shadowy parts of yourself – the limiting beliefs and past experiences that have given rise to your choices and behaviours. What makes this process transformational is the shift that takes place when you learn deeply about yourself and do what it takes to embody who it is you wish to become. 

My role as a transformative coach is to see the greatness in you and hold you accountable to that greatness. Together we create a safe space to deep dive into your awareness of yourself, your relationships and how you want to show up in the world. Through this awareness lies the potential for bigger transformative shifts as we break through the muddy discomfort to discover the gold that sits beneath it. 

I adore connecting and working with people who are ready to look internally for the answers. Utilising the principles of holistic counselling*, meditation therapy*, mentoring and coaching, I share a range of tools and techniques to tailor a personal approach for each client while working with the following framework for inner transformation:

Connection Call

Session Delivery

Coaching sessions run for approximately 1 hour. To make life easy (especially in the current climate), sessions are held via Zoom (you can sign up for free HERE).

  • International and interstate clients are most welcome!
  • Sessions are usually held on a fortnightly basis (depending on client need)

 Payment Policy

Fees will be invoiced and required to be paid prior to each scheduled session. This investment is non-refundable, as you would expect when engaging the time and expertise of any professional. 

Cancellation and Termination Policy

The client agrees to give no less than 24-hours notice to reschedule a coaching session. The coach and client agree to provide 14 days’ notice prior to the agreed final session in the event either wishes to cancel the coaching relationship. In the case of a coaching package being cancelled, 50% of the remaining balance is required to be paid by way of a cancellation fee. Sessions provided on an on-going basis do not attract a cancellation fee.

Confidentiality 

All information supplied by the client is confidential. Information will not be given to third parties in relation to the client without their permission, unless the client, or any other person associated with the client, is considered to be in a serious or life-threatening situation, in which case the coach is duty-bound to report such information to the appropriate authorities. Such situations may include suicidal tendencies, physical, mental or emotional abuse being committed on or by the client or other criminal acts.


* The ethos of Holistic Counselling and Meditation Therapy is to develop new skills and ways of thinking, so events of the past have little power in the present and future. Holistic Counselling is a unique form of counselling, focused on the whole person, using the principals of humanistic (or positive) psychology. It is solution-focused rather than problem-focused and considers a person’s physiological and psychological disorders to form part of their greater whole. Holistic Counsellors regard the mind, body and soul as fundamentally interconnected. Meditation Therapy utilises the practice of meditation to reprogram damaging subconscious belief systems and provide a strong platform for faster healing and lasting good health. It teaches people to be present and disengage the Fight-or-Flight Response which, left un-checked, can impact executive functioning and flood the body with unhealthy chemical imbalances.
